Accommodation Hubs for 16+
Altus Social offers bespoke, high-quality accommodation for young people aged 16+ through Accommodation Hubs. Our housing options include shared houses, bedsits, and self-contained flats, tailored to individual needs. By combining accommodation, support, and information, we provide a person-cantered program that builds confidence in a supportive environment, helping young people move forward positively while recovering from any past traumatic experience.
Project Social work
By combining Social Work with Project Management expertise, Altus Social helps
Local Authorities and other organizations overcome operational challenges and
enhance efficiency though streamlining processes and enhancing the structure,
quality, and scope of services within the organization; resourcing whole services/
teams, and, training and development.
Floating support
For young people who have transitioned to independent living and can mostly manage their daily lives but need some support, we offer flexible, personalized assistance. This ensures they can effectively access the services they need while maintaining their independence.
Additional services
Utilising our expertise and knowledge of the Social Care industry, we conduct bespoke social work assessments, including Pathway Plans and Human Rights assessments, all quality assured by our Consultant.
Conducting social work-led, trauma-informed, and case law-compliant age assessments to determine Local Authorities' duties and the appropriate level of care for claimants
Experts lead Social Work audits providing tailored recommendations to help services make required improvements
