service, we are experts through both experience and insight. Our practice, governed by robust policies ensure compliance with regulation. We collaborate with various organizations to ensure young people receive the practical and emotional support they need, including referrals to specialized agencies when necessary.
What we offer
Altus Social provides individually tailored support packages informed by robust
person-centred assessment and pathway planning to enable young people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. Each young person is assigned a personal mentor who serves as their key worker throughout their placement. These mentors make a significant impact by providing advice, guidance, and emotional support, and by assisting with appointments, activities, and engagement with key services like education, health, and legal processes.
